POLICIES:

Item Care:

Stained glass pieces are for decorative purposes only and should not be immersed in water. If you would like to restore shine to your item, you can use a soft cloth with a wax based furniture polish that contains no corrosive ingredients, e.g. Pledge. It is always recommended you conduct a patch test first.

If you have purchased a hanging piece, this should be hung from a stable structure and not, for example, a suction hook. Items which have been damaged by falling from a suction hook will not be replaced as faulty.

Refunds & Returns:

  • In the unlikely event that the item you receive has a fault as a result of my craftmanship, please contact me by email with a photo of the fault and I will then arrange a repair of the item, refund or exchange.
  • All returns need to be received within 30 days with proof of purchase, before any refund will be processed.
  • Returns or exchanges are not available for ‘change-of-mind’, ‘sale’ items, or items purchased using discount codes - please select your items carefully and contact me by email with any questions prior to purchase. I am happy to provide any further information you may require.

Ethics & Suppliers:

  • Wherever possible I use recycled, recyclable and/ or compostable packing materials, purchased from Australian B-corp certified suppliers. Where plastic is used, this is ‘reused’ material that I have not purchased intentionally.
  • Glass materials used are from manufacturers: Bullseye; CBS; Oceanside, and; Wissmach.
  • All stained glass items are soldered using a compound containing lead. Lead is harmful when particles are inhaled or ingested, particularly to young children and pregnant women.  It is recommended you wash your hands after any prolonged handling.
  • As stained glass pieces are sold purely for decorative purposes they should not pose any risk unless deconstructed or consumed.
